Return & Refund Policy

Welcome to Kobra Labs. We are committed to delivering premium-quality food, nutritional, and consumable products. Due to the hygiene-sensitive, perishable, and consumable nature of our products, we follow a strict No-Return policy in accordance with FSSAI guidelines and the Consumer Protection (E-commerce) Rules, 2020.

This policy applies to all orders placed through:

This policy governs the relationship between the customer ("You") and Kobra Labs ("Company", "We", "Us") regarding cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds.

General Policy – No Return / No Exchange

Important: All products sold by Kobra Labs are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in the limited cases listed below.

Due to food safety, hygiene, and health regulations, the following are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Opened or used products (broken seal, opened packaging, or signs of consumption)
  • Perishable or consumable goods with limited shelf life or temperature sensitivity
  • Taste, smell, texture, or flavor preferences
  • Minor heat-related shape changes (e.g., melting of chocolate/ghee) where the product remains safe for consumption
  • Products purchased during sale, clearance, or with promotional coupons

Valid Cases for Replacement or Refund

Claims will be accepted only in the following cases, subject to verification:

  • Physically damaged product where safety is compromised
  • Wrong product, variant, or size delivered
  • Expired product or past "Best Before" date at delivery
  • Missing items mentioned on the invoice

Note: Minor cosmetic dents or packaging marks that do not affect product quality are not considered damage.

Mandatory Claim Requirements

Warning: Failure to meet the requirements below will result in claim rejection.

A. Time Window

  • Claims must be raised within 24–48 hours of delivery
  • Complaints after 48 hours will not be accepted

B. Mandatory Unboxing Video

  • A clear, continuous, unedited unboxing video is compulsory
  • The video must show the shipping label, sealed package, and full opening process
  • Claims without an unboxing video will be rejected

C. Supporting Evidence

  • Images of shipping label and invoice
  • Batch number and expiry date images
  • Clear images showing the issue

Refund & Replacement Process

A. Decision Authority

Kobra Labs reserves the sole and final right to approve or reject any claim. Upon approval, we may choose to:

  • Replace the affected product
  • Refund to the original payment method
  • Issue store credit / wallet balance (preferred)

B. Refund Timeline

Processing Time Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days
Bank Credit Credit time depends on bank or payment gateway policies

C. Reverse Pickup

If required for quality analysis, a reverse pickup will be arranged. Products must be returned in original packaging.

Cancellation Policy

A. Pre-Dispatch Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch
  • Requests must be made immediately via customer support
  • A nominal cancellation fee of up to 5% may be deducted for payment gateway charges

B. Post-Dispatch Cancellation

  • Cancellations are not allowed once shipped
  • Refusal at delivery may result in deduction of forward and return shipping plus handling costs

International Orders

For orders shipped outside India:

  • No returns or replacements
  • Customs duties, taxes, and clearance charges are the customer's responsibility
  • Refunds apply only if the shipment is confirmed lost in transit

Limitation of Liability

  • All ingredients are clearly disclosed; customers are responsible for checking allergens
  • Maximum liability is limited to the product purchase value only
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Force Majeure

Kobra Labs shall not be liable for delays or failures due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, courier disruptions, strikes, or logistical failures.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This policy is governed by the laws of India.

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
